Amy’s Kitchen breakfast scramble – easy and tasty

Veggy Malta tried out Amy’s Kitchen breakfast scramble. A tasty wrap to start the day.

It actually is very easy to prepare. Just microwave for 3 minutes (follow the instructions) and your wrap is ready to eat. As with a number Amy’s Kitchen products this wrap is vegan and dairy free. Added with that the filling made with tofu, hash browns and vegetables are in a gluten free warp. So basically, this breakfast scramble ticks the box on a number of counts. Yet the key thing though is the taste! How does it taste? Well actually quite good.

The fact that this wrap is a gluten free, dairy free and vegan has no bearing on it’s taste. I would rather state that this is a tasty wrap, that happens to be gluten free, dairy free and vegan.  Additionally the wrap is rich in protein (with 10 g) and only has 287 kcal. Although the product does call itself breakfast scramble, I wouldn’t mind eating one any time through the day, especially when hunger kicks in! It’s also ideal for those who fall out of bed at the very last possible moment (and where the only appliance at work is a microwave).

Amy’s Kitchen wraps are available in a number of options (not just morning wraps) including a Mexican burrito and others. I chose to eat mine along with a bit of fresh apple, not only to add some extra vitamins and fibre but also to add and mix the taste.

Amy’s Kitchen is locally represented by Rimus Trading Agency Ltd.
