Acqua & Farina Fresh Pizza base – make your own pizza

I tried out Acqua & Farina pizza base on two different home-made pizzas, one being vegan and the other vegetarian. I must state that the product is very easy to use and avoids the hassle of making you own pizza dough, giving it time to settle, laying it out, cleaning after the whole operation, etcetera. Which is why many opt for a ready made pizza.

Acqua & Farina pizza base is totally plug and play or rather plug and eat. The end result is a crispy pizza with the toppings of your choice. If like me you normally ask for a vegan pizza and still end up with mozzarella on it, then making your own pizza is probably the best choice. Making a yummy 100% fully vegan pizza is quite easy by just adding slices of vegan meat, vegan style mozzarella and cheddar along with any other topping you wish on the Acqua & Farina pizza base. Makes you feel like a pizza chef!

The other quick to make pizza is not really a margerita as it has some free range eggs on it, with Fior di Vita’s fresh mozzarella. Just sprinkle the ingredients and bake and ready.

Each roll makes a decent size pizza which can be shared, so you can also choose to make different ingredients on each side, especially if you have friends coming over who like and dislike particular ingredients. Additionally Acqua & Farina is free from preservatives.

A packet of Acqua & Farina sells for €2.49.
