VeggyMalta gets to know a bit about Good Earth’s new range of 100% Whole Wheat Pasta. As the product label specifies it is 100% whole wheat pasta made from whole durum wheat semolina. It is EU certified organic. Each packet is 500 g. It is high in fibre and low in fact and it provides 12 g of protein per 100 g of product.

Can i find 100% wholewheat pasta in malta other than jst farfalle, spaghetti, penne and fusilli? I had spaghettini (tarja) or gnocchi or lasagne or ravjoli in mind

I believe the Good Earth range currently only has those four. For other types of pasta you may try to look at other brands that are 100% wholewheat pasta, always checking the product information and specs.
