On a daily basis our bodies are exposed to environmental pollutants, pesticides, stress and anxiety, foul air, preservatives and so many more negative influencers. We are breathing, eating, drinking and making contact with these toxins constantly. Detox drinks are known to help the body to reduce inflammation, boost energy, support digestion, cleanse the liver and promote skin health. There is nothing special about detox drinks. They are drinks with ingredients that are known to have detoxification properties. To maximise their effect it is not advisable to add sugar to any detox drink.
