- 2 very ripe avocados peeled and destoned
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- tablespoon chopped chives
- quarter teaspoon dried chilli (optional)
- 2 slices of brown bread
- salt and pepper
- Mash the avocados in a bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Lightly toast the bread and splash it on.
- Yum yum.
