  • 130 g peanut butter,
  • 225 g vegan chocolate,
  • 30 g sugar,
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract,
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • To create a soft dough consistency, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Melt the chocolate slowly, using a double boiler (Bagne Marie) or microwave in short intervals to avoid burning. Prepare vegan peanut butter cups by using a chocolate mould or cupcake liners. Pour a thin layer of chocolate into the bottom of each mould or liner.
  • Get creative and shape the peanut butter dough into smaller discs than the moulds to leave space for chocolate around the edges. Place the peanut butter discs into each cup. Pour more melted chocolate over the peanut butter discs, ensuring it covers the sides and tops. Repeat until you have used up all the chocolate and peanut butter.
  • Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes until the chocolate sets. Once solidified, remove the cups from the moulds or trim the liners. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
