This recipe maybe doesn’t look like it, but it’s very tasty! For those of you who like this vegetable it is undoubtedly a great one to try! Cabbage has an outstanding nutrient profile and is especially high in vitamins C and K. In addition, the recipe is vegan and completely foolproof!

Directions:
- In a small jar mix oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper together.
- Cut the cabbage into 1cm thick slices.

- Place the slices onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Brush each slice first with soy sauce, then with the oil mixture. Flip and repeat the process.

- If you are using chilli flakes, go ahead and sprinkle it on top.
- Place in the oven and bake at 200°C. *
- Serve with whatever you wish for, I chose baked potatoes (potatoes, olive oil and herbal salt) which I baked alongside with the cabbage in the oven.
*If you have gas oven I recommend to flip it halfway through, so the cabbage goes golden on both sides.
