Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 10 strawberries
  • ½ cup mulberries( can be substituted with more strawberries or other berries)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Soak cashews for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Freeze the bananas for an hour or two until firm.
  • Liquidise the soaked cashews and 2 cups of fresh water until smooth.
  • Add the rest of ingredients and blend until smooth
  • Serve
