Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup cashews
2 cups water
2 frozen bananas
10 strawberries
½ cup mulberries( can be substituted with more strawberries or other berries)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Soak cashews for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Freeze the bananas for an hour or two until firm.
  • Liquidise the soaked cashews and 2 cups of fresh water until smooth.
  • Add the rest of ingredients and blend until smooth
  • Serve
