Vegan does not mean boring at all 🙂 Here is healthy stack of pancakes packed with nutrition to fuel you up for the day ahead. 28g Protein and 8g fibre per serving. Not using any refined sugar and it can be also done in gluten-free version. You can top them with whatever your heart (or taste buds) desire and eat totally guilt-free!
