  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange (squeezed)
  • 50 ml soy milk


  • Start by squeezing the orange only to get the juice and no pulp.
  • You can slightly chop both the banana and the strawberries.
  • Place inside the blender, add the orange juice, and give another quick spin. 
  • Pour in a glass, and add some milk and stir.
