Ingredients

  • half a cup stock
  • tbsp vegan butter
  • tbsp olive oil
  • chopped onion
  • minced garlic clove
  • 4 mushrooms pieces diced
  • 2 diced carrots
  • 2 small diced potatoes
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • thyme, rosemary, sage, finely chopped parsley
  • cup of vegan cream
  • puff pastry
  • a spoonful of vegan milk
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Fry the onions and garlic and then add the mushrooms.
  • Add the carrots, then the potatoes and add the stock. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the peas, spices and cream. Turn off and transfer to ovenproof containers.
  • Open the pastry. Brush with milk and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
  • Put all the ingredients in an oven dish.
  • Cover with the pastry and place some holes and make cut in the middle.
  • Bake until browned
