Animal Talk discusses the issue and problem of Karozzini / horse drawn carriages in Malta. Last summer we witnessed a number of deaths and cases which increased the awareness on the matter, yet MSPCA wants to keep the pressure up to ensure that solutions are found and that the welfare of these animals is safeguarded. Summer is just round the corner, and we do not want another season of horse deaths.
